Sehl Mellouli

Sehl Mellouli is a full professor in the Faculty of Business Administration’s Department of Management Information Systems. He served as chair of the department from 2015 to 2020. In 2018 he was appointed president of the Digital Government Society, an international association of digital-government researchers, for a two-year term. As a professor, Dr. Mellouli has earned a number of distinctions for excellence in teaching and research. He has over 100 publications to his name in some of the world’s leading journals and conferences in his field. He is associate editor of Digital Government Research and Practice and serves on the editorial board of Government Information Quarterly. In 2020 he was appointed Deputy Vice Rector, Academic and Student Affairs.
