Registration and Costs

Registration Periods

The registration period for each Nanoprogramme is fixed and is indicated on the program description page.

Prerequisites

Depending on the field of expertise and the level of study, some Nanoprogrammes may have registration requirements or prerequisites. If applicable, these will be indicated on the program description page.

During registration, these requirements will be presented as mandatory consent, stating the minimum knowledge or skills expected from participants to undertake the Nanoprogramme. On the registration form, you must declare that you meet these requirements. During the verification process, supporting evidence may be requested.

Registration Fees

The registration fee varies from one Nanoprogramme to another. All the information can be found on the program description page. Prices include the following:

• Access to the online learning environment and course materials.
• Guidance and support from an expert in the field.
• Learning activities and assessments.
• Certificate of Achievement with details of completed hours and mastered skills (subject to successful program completion).

Payment Methods

Registration fees can be paid online using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. You must complete the entire payment process to enroll in the Nanoprogramme. A payment confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your profile.

Access to the Online Learning Environment

You will have access to the Nanoprogramme online learning environment (website) once the training has started and you are officially registered. Afterwards, the training website can be accessed anytime that suits you.

The flexible format allows you to pursue self-directed learning within the time frames allocated for each training course. However, to ensure a balanced workload throughout the duration of the Nanoprogramme, it is recommended to follow the schedule provided on the training website.

You will retain access to the training website content for up to one year after completing the Nanoprogramme.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation request submitted more than seven days before the start date of the Nanoprogramme will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fees. However, administrative fees of $25 will be retained.

Any cancellation request submitted seven days before the start date of the Nanoprogramme will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees.

No refunds will be issued from the start date of the Nanoprogramme onwards.

Cancellation requests must be sent by email to the following address: nanoprogrammes-info@ulaval.ca. Cancellation will only be effective upon receipt of this written request.

Université Laval reserves the right to cancel offered programs at any time. A full refund of the registration fees will be provided in such cases.
